Retro-Spective

Hello Boldness!

Here is an experiment turned amazing! I had long considered working on my own style of apron design and worked on something that I could transform a lovely vintage tablecloth with square lined corners into an apron for homesteading.

Keeping the corner of the apron by aligning the squared lines was a bit tricky, but once you have your tablecloth ironed out, it is much easier to lay down your pattern for a symmetrical look. I added a few extra large stretch corduroy yoyos to give the effect of large front buttons.

Here is the result!

  1. This lovely vintage inspired arpon has moved to Ireland. It was gifted to a very special lady who recently had a wedding. Love the way that my creations are being loved on, around the world. xo
